Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, rendendo l'esperienza ospiti con disabilità molto piacevole. L'hotel è strategicamente posizionato, vicino al centro della città e alla stazione ferroviaria, rendendo i spostamenti facili e comodi. Le camere e il bagno sono puliti e ben tenuti. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è varia e gustosa. Inoltre, l'hotel offre una piscina e un ristorante con ottimo cibo.
L'unico aspetto negativo è il fatto che il parcheggio è a pagamento a tempo, sarebbe stato meglio se fosse incluso nella tariffa dell'hotel.
